The Role:
The successful Candidate will undertake all recruitment activities to fulfil staffing positions for Business’s across all occupations and industries throughout Sydney, both full time and casual positions.
This is a full time 360 Recruitment Consultant position servicing both existing clients and developing new business.
Role Overview:
- Fulfillment of staffing/recruitment (Permanent & Temporary) requirements for new and existing clients
- Source high-calibre talent through internal referral networks and external search
- Work within a fast-paced, supportive, and collaborative small team environment
- Candidate management activities, including database and recruitment administration
- Maintain a contact cycle with newly placed candidates and clients to build relationships and foster retention
- Handle all in-bound enquiries
- Write & post job advertising on job boards, social media and other outlets as required
- Conducting Interviews with Candidates, both phone and face to face
- Reference checks
Requirements:
- Good understanding of HR practices
- Previous Recruitment experience
- Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
- Ability to work autonomously whilst proactively managing multiple priorities
- A high level of attention to detail
- Time management and organisational skills
- Intermediate experience using MS, excel and word
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage both client and candidate stakeholders
- Experience with JobAdder or CRM programs (an advantage)

Our clients based near Windsor NSW is looking for an Administration Assistant to work in their online business development division.
The Director has several long established and successful business’s and is now expanding his team numbers.
This new full-time position would suit a person who has administration experience in the Real Estate industry and is motivated to join a small team working on a new on-line project.
Duties Include:
- Administration tasks as required
- Research & Report on housing & commercial industry trends & client activities
- Updating and maintaining databases and systems
- Working with a variety of computer programs including, document management systems, CRM’s and Microsoft Office packages
- Working with web developers and web designers
- Regular contact with clients and industry stakeholders to gain Real Estate industry feedback
Application requirements:
- Minimum 12 months Real Estate administration experience
- Proficient in one or more Real Estate software packages – Rest, AgentBox, CoreLogic (RP Data) or similar software packages

- Current driver’s license & own reliable vehicle
